Design & Style

The Dendrava joins Timberustic’s collection with an asymmetrical structure that balances expressive shaping and practical storage. One side of the broad rectangular desktop rests on a branching tree-form support, where intertwined limbs rise from spreading root-like feet. A substantial drawer pedestal anchors the opposite side, giving the desk a clear architectural balance.

The open branches create depth beneath the desktop without closing off the knee space. Along the front, an irregular textured edge contrasts with the straighter side and end profiles. This combination of a sculpted base, framed drawer fronts, and visible surface grain gives the desk a distinctive presence from both seated and room-facing viewpoints.

Material & Craftsmanship

Visible grain travels across the desktop, drawer fronts, pedestal panels, and shaped support, visually connecting the desk’s contrasting components. The top presents a level work surface, while its textured front edge adds variation along the long horizontal profile. Grain movement across the branching base further emphasizes its three-dimensional form.

Each Dendrava is handcrafted and made to order by Timberustic. Custom sizing allows the proportions to be adapted for the intended workspace while retaining the defining tree-form support, pedestal storage, and expansive desktop arrangement.

Function & Features

• Broad desktop provides a dedicated surface for writing, computer work, reading, or creative projects
• Three stacked drawers organize stationery, documents, and everyday desk essentials
• Drawer pedestal supports one end while keeping storage within seated reach
• Open central area provides clear legroom beneath the work surface
• Root-like feet give the sculpted support a broad visual foundation

Usage & Placement

Position the Dendrava in a dedicated home office, private study, or creative workspace where the branching base can remain visible. It can face into the room as a statement workstation or sit perpendicular to a wall to preserve access to the drawers and highlight its asymmetrical profile.

For a composed setup, pair the desk with a restrained office chair and keep the tree-form side relatively open. Minimal desktop accessories allow the irregular front edge, visible grain, and contrast between the branching support and geometric pedestal to remain central to the arrangement.

🌿 Where to Place It

• For indoor use: Set your furniture on a flat, dry floor away from direct sunlight, heaters, or overly humid spots. Use blinds or curtains to gently filter light and preserve the natural finish.
• For outdoor use: Position pieces on solid, well-drained surfaces like patios or wooden decks. Avoid placing them directly on soil, and always use a furniture cover when not in use to protect from rain and moisture.

🧼 How to Keep It Clean

• Wipe with a soft cloth on a regular basis — dry or lightly damp is best.
• Skip the harsh stuff: no bleach, ammonia, or abrasive sprays. They can damage the protective layer and even the wood underneath.

💪 Use with Care

• Respect the load limits for each item — overloading may weaken the structure or shorten its lifespan.
• When moving your furniture, lift rather than slide to prevent scratches or stress on the joints.

🌬️ Guarding Against Moisture & Mildew

• Wipe away spills quickly to prevent water from seeping into the wood.
• If you're in a humid area, a small dehumidifier can help prevent mold and mildew buildup over time.
