Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Most orders take 2–4 weeks including production and shipping. Some complex, custom pieces may take up to 2 months. We’ll send you updates during the process so you always know where things stand.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes — you can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellation is still possible with partial refunds depending on how far along your order is. See our Cancellation Policy

Q: Can I return the product if I change my mind?

A: Because our pieces are made-to-order and often customized, returns are only accepted in exceptional cases with prior approval. See our Return Policy

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: Please record a full unboxing video and email us at support@timberustic.com. We’ll either cover repair costs or work out another solution. See our Refund Policy

Q: Can I customize the size or features of an item?

A: Absolutely. We can adjust dimensions or add functionality (like drawers, hooks, etc.) based on your needs. Just let us know at checkout or via email before production begins.
