At Timberustic, every piece is handcrafted and made-to-order, one at a time, to ensure quality, detail, and character.
Our workshop is located in Vietnam and products ship directly from there.
We believe in transparency, and this policy explains exactly how production, handling, and shipping work.
🪚 Production & Handling Time
Because all of our products are handcrafted and often customized, handling/production time may vary:

Standard pieces: 7–20 business days Monday–Saturday
Custom or complex pieces may extend production time, but the majority of orders fall within our standard estimate of 12–27 business days.
You will receive production updates throughout the process:

Raw version photos
-
Surface finish preview
-
Color approval
-
Final finished preview before packaging
We only proceed with shipping after you approve the final version.
🚛 Shipping (Transit) Time
After production is completed:

Transit time: 5–7 business days

We ship using express international couriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Shipments depart from Vietnam and deliver to the United States and other destinations.
📦 Total Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time (all destinations): 12–27 business days

Total delivery time = Handling Time (production) + Transit Time (shipping)

Order cut-off time for same-day processing is 5:00 PM (GMT+7, Mon–Sat)

In certain cases, we may accept priority builds depending on workshop capacity.
