At Timberustic, every piece is made-to-order and crafted by hand — one at a time — to ensure quality, detail, and character. Unlike mass-produced furniture, our process takes time, and we ask for your patience as we deliver something truly worth the wait.
🪚 Production & Handling Time
Because all of our products are handcrafted and often customized, handling/production time may vary:

Standard pieces: 15–30 business days

Custom or complex pieces: Up to 6–8 weeks
🚛 Transit Time
Once production is complete, shipping takes an additional:

10–15 business days depending on carrier and destination

Shipments are fulfilled Monday–Saturday
📦 Total Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time (all destinations): 25–45 business days

Total delivery time = Handling Time (production) + Transit Time (shipping)

Order cut-off time for same-day processing is 5:00 PM (GMT+7, Mon–Sat)

Due to the handmade nature of our process, we do not offer expedited production or rush shipping.
