Before shipping, each order goes through a multi-step confirmation process, including raw wood preview, surface finish preview, color approval, and a final inspection, and we only ship once you approve the final version.
We take great care in building and delivering your order, but in rare cases where an issue occurs, we’re here to support you.
🚛 Can I Return My Order?
Because Timberustic products are handcrafted and made-to-order, returns are not automatically accepted. However, if you believe your item arrived damaged or defective, you may request a return review.
To ensure consistency and fairness, all return evaluations follow the same criteria outlined in our Refund Policy, including:

Handcrafted solid-wood pieces are large and heavy, and return shipping can be costly and environmentally wasteful. In most cases, issues can be resolved faster and more efficiently through local repair support, partial compensation, or refabrication of specific parts.
When damage is significant or cannot be repaired, a full refund or replacement will be arranged.
