🚛 Can I Return My Order?

Returns are not offered by default, due to the handcrafted nature and large size of our products. However, we understand that unexpected issues may occur.

If you believe your item is damaged or defective, please follow the steps outlined in our Refund Policy to initiate a resolution.

Our team will carefully review your case and determine the best solution — which may include:

Repair assistance or cost reimbursement
Partial refund
Replacement (in select cases)
Return approval, only when necessary and pre-authorized

Because each Timberustic product is handcrafted, made-to-order, and pre-approved before shipping, we do not accept exchanges.

Once production begins, your order is reserved exclusively for you.
This ensures quality and customization, but also means items cannot be swapped for different models, sizes, or finishes.
