This Custom Order Agreement ("Agreement") applies to any order placed with Timberustic that includes custom sizing, features, finishes, or design modifications beyond our standard offerings.
By placing a custom order, you agree to the following terms:
🔧 1. Production Timeline
Custom orders may require up to 6–8 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and material availability. Estimated delivery times will be communicated after order confirmation.
📝 2. Design Approval
We will send previews or updates (e.g., photos or video) during production. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming that the custom specifications match your request.
Changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges or delays.
❌ 3. Cancellations & Refunds
Custom orders follow our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Refunds for custom items may be partial or unavailable depending on the stage of production.
⚠️ 4. Unique Nature of Custom Pieces
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and natural variations in wood grain and texture, no two items will be identical — even when following the same specifications.
Color, finish, and dimension tolerance may vary slightly within acceptable artisan standards.
🛠️ 5. Repairs or Adjustments
If your custom item arrives with a verified issue, we will offer repair support or partial compensation per our Refund Policy. Returns are typically not accepted unless pre-approved.
