Product Description:
This payment is the 50% deposit for Bill Lane’s custom Morvyn-style L-shaped Monkey Pod vanity and countertop order, with Sylvaris-inspired oval carved sink bowls.

Size: 123.5" W × 24" D × 3.5" T
Material: Monkey Pod wood
Finish: Teak finish with 2K Polyurethane satin clear coat

Piece 2 – Morvyn-style return countertop piece
Size: 65" W × 24" D × 3.5" T
Material: Monkey Pod wood
Finish: Teak finish with 2K Polyurethane satin clear coat

Piece 3 – Additional Monkey Pod countertop, no sink
Size: 65" W × 24" D × 1.5" T
Material: Monkey Pod wood
Finish: Teak finish with 2K Polyurethane satin clear coat

All pieces will be finished/sealed on all 6 sides, including visible surfaces, underside, edges, cut areas, sink bowls, drain/faucet holes, and any support/connector cutouts.

Production will begin after the deposit is received. A detailed production sketch will be provided for approval before production starts. Raw-stage and finished-stage photos/videos will also be sent for review before shipping.

As agreed, Piece #3 will be shipped first for customer review. After Piece #3 is received and approved, the remaining balance will be due before the remaining pieces are shipped.

Shipping method and delivery timeline will be confirmed based on final packing/crating requirements.

10-Day Return Policy
Issues must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. After this period, claims may not be accepted.

Resolutions may include repair support, cost reimbursement, partial refund, or in rare cases, a pre-approved return.
